4. Booking & Fees

Fares are sourced in real time from airlines. WingSpan may charge a service fee, clearly disclosed before checkout. All payments are processed securely.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation rights depend on airline fare rules. WingSpan assists in processing requests. Refunds take 7–20 business days subject to airline policy.

6. Liability

Launchigo Media FZCO is not liable for airline operational decisions, delays, or outcomes beyond our direct control.
